Hydrangeas

 

Many people remember hydrangeas from their
childhood. Today we are falling in love with them all over again. And
the good news is that we can now grow many hydrangeas our grandmothers
never even dreamed of. Some newer hydrangeas bloom on both new and old
wood, some are so small they will fit into the perennial border, and
others have amazingly large blooms and deep colors. Some will go from
the shade into full sun without any problems.

Large course, dark green foliage provides a great back drop
for the bright pink flowers. A re-blooming variety from early summer

2 1/2 – 3′ Tall x 3-4′ Wide
Abundant conical shaped white blooms cover the dark green foliage from summer till frost. Compact growth habit.

Little Lime Hydrangea
Hydrangea paniculata “Jane”

July – October
3 -5′ Tall x 3-4′ Wide
Abundant lime green, cone shaped flowers over a compact
plant. This plant is 1/3 the size of it’s parent “Limelight” giving it
more versatility. Great for foundation planting or accent plant.
